Yoga — meaning “unity” — is an ancient science devoted to creating balance between body and mind. It speaks not only to the connection within yourself, but also to the relationship between you and the world around you.
Yoga weaves together different principles with one essential intention: to help you release pain, conditioning, and recurring patterns — so you can reconnect with who you truly are and come home to yourself. Clear. Aware. Connected.
In my practice, I work with Hatha (Yang) and Yin — two complementary forms that reflect the natural forces within us.
Hatha cultivates strength, stability, and focus.
Yin invites softness, surrender, and restoration.
Together, they create balance.
